How long does it take to receive my order?

Typical Processing Time is 5-10 Business Days before Shipping Time. We offer Standard Ground Fedex Shipping which ranges from 1-3 Days depending on the distance from our distribution center in Dallas, TX to your shipping address. We offer Expedited Processing for in stock items at between $4.95-$9.95 per item and offer 2 Day or Next Day shipping options which you can find in the checkout
Custom Orders have a Standard Processing Time of 4-6 Weeks then a Shipping Time of 1-3 Days. We understand all our products are date sensitive so if there is a rush for custom products, please Contact US and we will try to work with you and get your items within your deadline.

Do you ship International?

We do! Processing Time is the same as local shipment but shipment time might take a little longer. Please Contact Us directly with your order and we can get back to you quickly with a timeline and shipment price. We have shipped to places all around the world including Europe, Canada, Japan, Dubai, and Africa so we are experienced in this matter.

How do I get the right sizing?

You can find our gown sizing chart on the footer of every page which will guide you on how to measure each student for a gown. We offer Regular and Full Fit for all sizes. Caps, hoods, tassels, honor cords, etc are all One Size Fits All. If you are unsure about sizing please contact us or you can Live Chat.

Are the gowns see through?

No, our gowns are made of the highest quality Polyester material so there is no worry that you could see though the gown.

Can I get a Sample Pack?

Yes, please fill out your sample contact information and we will reach out to you about the sample pack. Sample Packs are for school or organization administrators who are planning their ceremony. We unfortunately do not offer sample packs for individual gown purchases.

I would like to place a large order for my School or Organization?

If you are an administrator an would like to place a large order you can either do it online for the lower pricing or you could Contact Us directly and we’d be happy to set you up with your exact order with payment terms. We also offer sample packs and ordering sheets for your school/organization if need be.

I have questions about how to wear your products?

Graduation apparel can be a little confusing on how to properly wear certain items. If you have any questions please feel free to Contact Us and we’d be happy to assist you.

How much is Shipping?

We offer standard Fedex Ground Shipping which ranges 1-3 Business Days depending on distance from our distribution center in Dallas, TX. We offer expedited shipping options up to Next Day Air for an increased price. You can simulate your order on the site and checkout will give you a shipping options and pricing to get a better idea of cost.

What are your methods of Payment?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa. Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept checks for large school and organization orders with approval.

What are the school hood colors?

Every school has a primary and secondary school color. It’s usually reflected on their school website or you can contact them for the exact colors. We do have a degree color chart for the velvet but it’s best to contact your school and confirm exactly how they would like the hood to look.

What is the difference between Matte gowns and Shiny gowns?

Matte and Shiny refer to the exterior finish of the gown. Both are made of high quality polyester material but one is more matte in finish and the other is more shiny. Our most popular are matte for the higher grades and Shiny for Kindergarten and Pre-School.

I placed and order and it rejected me but I see a charge on my credit card?

Most times this is due to the billing address not matching with the credit card address. Please make that correction and the order should go through. As far as the credit card charges, they are simply in pending status for now and go away within 1-3 Business Days.

Can I pick up my order?

If you are located or willing to come to the Dallas metro area, please contact us that you’d like to pick up your items and we will place them on Will Call. Our address is 1208 Tappan Circle Carrolton, TX 75006.
